    Fundiciones de Roda asked us for a system to control all the processes related with production and product quality control. This way they could extract the greatest amount of information and allow them to participate in European quality improvement projects, such as Flexicast, for example. That is, they wanted to control product quality at the production phase, from melting to mechanisation.

    In this case, the most important aspect is quality control (spectrometry, hardness, certificates, cores, etc.), we created a software program to be able to control the plant in real time and organise the entire technical office.
